This photo was snapped on the rooftop at Innovation Works - arguably one of the best perks of being a portfolio company. The physical space is beautiful, but even more valuable is the space they create for founders to grow, connect, and build something meaningful. This entrepreneurial journey has taken me to some unexpected and unforgettable places. Last year, it brought us to Pittsburgh for an incredible opportunity, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Every new chapter has a way of humbling you. It reminds you how big the world is, how much there is to learn, and how many doors can open when you lean into change. One of those doors? Innovation Works. We’re proud to be part of their portfolio - and it’s been nothing short of transformative. From thoughtful mentorship to a support system that’s always just a Slack message away. Feeling thankful for this chapter, the connections we’ve made, and the growth that’s come from stepping outside our comfort zone.

BIG NEWS! We are super excited to share that DashStrom was selected for AlphaLab's newest cohort! Being part of this accelerator is a huge milestone; we were selected from hundreds of companies nationwide and received our first institutional check. After mentoring companies for over a decade, I’ve learned that there’s always more to learn. We are grateful to Alphalab for providing a framework to hone our product-market fit and a supportive community that will forever be "our village." We started mid-February and have already come so far! Since launching: - we have finalized our MVP - onboarded new coaches - welcomed parents registering their kids for classes - generated revenue, and - set up a pilot project with Shadyside Academy in Pittsburgh Every one of these milestones proves that we are solving a real problem, and we are just getting started.
