Congratulations to #ALHAlum company CytoAgents, Inc on being awarded a $2 million The National Institutes of Health grant! This is their third NIH grant in four years, a true testament to the impact of their groundbreaking work in addressing Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) for patients undergoing CAR T-Cell therapy. This funding will accelerate the development of their lead drug candidate, CTO1681, and bring much-needed innovation to an area of critical unmet medical need. Resilient Lifescience, an #ALHAlum company, is revolutionizing overdose prevention with a wearable patch that monitors vital signs and administers naloxone automatically during an opioid overdose. Backed by $3.4M from the The National Institutes of Health, they are taking crucial steps to combat the opioid crisis, particularly when no one is around to help.
