The mission of the ALFN’s Women in Legal Leadership Group "WILL", is to provide a forum to network, share ideas, and to receive management and other training and education. WILL cultivates women leaders, empowering them to rise not only within their law firms, companies or institutions, but in their membership associations, the industry, and beyond. WILL is the ALFN's industry-leading group designed for women in the mortgage servicing industry. Although the primary focus of WILL is on issues for women, everyone (including men) is encouraged to participate. WILL hosts its annual summit, WILLPOWER, in Dallas, TX each Spring, offers its members quarterly teleconferences and webinars with special guest speakers, mini-events at the ALFN Annual Conference - ANSWERS and throughout the year, and publishes its quarterly magazine, WILLed.
