It may not sound like much at first, but today represented a major milestone in the development of Alchemist Public Market (APM). This morning, we released the "Request for Proposals" from local food entrepreneurs who want to incubate at APM in one of our all-electric food trailers or food pods. After years of planning this project, we are near enough to a grand opening (late summer 2026) that we are ready to begin the process of selecting the businesses that will make the APM outdoor food court into fun, vibrant, delicious destination for unique local flavors. - Want to keep up with the project developments?
