Nur, wer als Team agiert, kann am Ende Troph?en in die Luft stemmen. Im Fu?ball wie in der Wirtschaft. Genauso gilt es Widerst?nde zu überwinden, wenn es mal nicht nach Plan l?uft. Auf dem Weg an die Spitze ist viel Schwei? und sogar die ein oder andere Tr?ne geflossen. Um den Schattenseiten des Gesch?fts wie zum Beispiel dem permanenten Leistungsdruck, der Fremdbestimmung, dem st?ndigen Reisen zu trotzen, ben?tigt es neben der sportlichen Qualit?t vor allem auch die richtige Einstellung und Mentalit?t. Das so genannte ?Qu?ntchen Glück“ geh?rt natürlich auch dazu. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich in den letzten 30 Jahren diesen Weg gehen durfte und freue mich auf die Herausforderungen der n?chsten 30 Jahre. Dank an alle, die mich auf diesen Wegen unterstützen.
