Establishing systems for applying for global awards, community / philanthropy investments, and executive communications' evaluation. PHILANTHROPY / FUNDRAISING: Expanding the reach of STEM projects in high-need communities with employee-directed education grants. Increasing the engagement of 3M employees and encouraging employee donations to education for an employer match. COACHING COMMUNICATIONS: Winning the Circle of Excellence award for establishing community relationships to help hire 50,000 employees on the McDonald’s National Hiring Day team. Directing media and crisis communications and social media around diversity, volunteerism, and STEM. Member of the Forbes Coaches Council since 2017. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Launching the award-winning 3M Science Sleuth campaign with 92,000 participants that increased interest in science of 60% of the surveyed audience.
