Summary: I’m blessed to lead an awesome company at ABH, Inc. making an impact on thousands of lives throughout CT and beyond. We are a leading behavioral health company with a focus on helping our partners and clients solve problems and make incredible community impact with our healthcare services and solutions. We are beginning a journey together with tremendous colleagues and a supportive board to be a trusted partner and premier leader of behavioral health and healthcare services and solutions. With 25 years of experience as a healthcare leader and CEO in WV, CT, TX and MA and the Founder and President of Aspire Results, I have led, advised, mentored and coached many healthcare leaders and worked with several healthcare companies to solve many operational and financial challenges to add value and improve margins. Relationships matter and results matter too. The bottom line is there is much work to do as healthcare, although robust and complex is at the most fragile and opportunistic point in my career. And, behavioral health has risen to the top of everyone’s agenda. Healthcare needs energy and care. It needs vision and innovation. It needs leadership and change. It starts with a conversation. I’ve seen healthcare from the inside and out. I appreciate the pitfalls and blind spots that leaders, like myself, make in addressing the many challenges ahead and charting a path to earn a great reputation, achieve financial success and grow the business. Reach out to me at [email protected] or [email protected] and check out www.abhct.com. We can help you!
