Summary: My passion has always been in education and leadership. But as someone who grew up living in someone else's shadow, I didn't get to where I am today by myself. I was blessed and had the privilege of working with several mentors who pushed me….hard. They pushed me far outside my comfort zone often without warning. They pushed me to grow. They pushed me because they saw something in me that I didn’t. Greatness. Greatness is something we all have. It’s only a matter of how we realize it. Now it’s my turn to coach, teach, and mentor the next generations of leaders to find their greatness and value to this world.
