Usually the four basic groups are: compute, network, storage and databases. All cloud computing programs have these four. I would also add learn the difference between: private cloud, public cloud, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud and community cloud.

Under the fundamental cloud concepts like Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, storage, and networking to build a solid foundation for your career. Side note (Get comfortable with Linux).

Be a good cloud engineer (Not only entry level), always need to know the IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and use multiple DevOps tools to help you automate the process. Always to learn the frequent-use services and advanced services to enhance your skills. Check out the latest cloud events from each cloud provider is always the best to start. Exploring their documents and making your hands dirty when doing some projects will let you understand the basic faster.

Highlight communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills. These soft skills are essential for collaborating effectively in this ever evolving field of cloud computing.

You won't be successful in your career unless you develop your soft skills. For entry-level professionals, I recommend learning how to work effectively in a team, improving communication skills (both written and verbal), and mastering time management.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) allows for the management of cloud infrastructure through machine-readable configuration files, enhancing efficiency and reproducibility. My last advice would be not to see Cloud Computing as an end. It is a platform that will empower and enable the latest trends in the IT industry.
