ZYTEST Deionized Water Machine for Hospital Biochemical Analyzer
ZYTEST deionized water machine which can produce 0.1us/cm ultrapure water is specially designed for hospital biochemical analyzer.The machine completely meets the standard of ASTM, NCCLS, gb6682-2008.

*.Pre-treatment filters can remove sediment,free chlorine, microorganism,peculiar smell and iron,manganese, calcium,magnesium ions.
*.Pretreatment system and RO membrane have automatic flushing and back-flushing function.
*.Desalinization rate of RO membrane is usually more than 98%. It can remove more than 98% inorganics,organics,microorganism, colloid,bacteria,microparticles.
*.With function of POST,water shortage protection,automatic shutdown when water is full,automatic start at low water level.
*.With function of raw water indicator,flushing indicator,water full indicator,pure water standby indicator and water shortage indicator.
*.Conductivity and resistivity of ultrapure water monitor on-line.

ZYTEST has three main filtration system,pretreatment system, RO system and ultrapure system.Otherwise,the machine also can equip 0.2um terminal filter, UV lamp, UF module or this kind of consumables to arrive at higher requirements of outlet water quality.
Pre-treatment filter: PP+AC+PP;
PP cotton: Diameter only has 5um.It can filtrate sediment, suspended matters,colloid,silt,rust,micro-particles,etc.
AC filter: adsorb free chlorine, peculiar smell, pigment and part of microorganism.
RO membrane: 0.0001-0.001um;
RO(Reverse Osmosis) technology is a membrane seperation filtration technology that uses pressure difference as a power. It originated from the research of aerospace sience and technology in the United States in the 1960s.The pore size of RO membrane is as small as nanometers.Under certain pressure,H2O molecules can pass through the RO membrane,while the inorganic salts, organics, microorganism, bacteria, colloid, endotoxin and other impurities in the raw water cannot pass throught the RO membrane, so that the permeable pure water and the impenetrable concentrated water are strictly separated.
The desalinization rate of RO membrane is over 99% for high-valent ions,colloid, endotoxin, bacteria and other organic substances with a molecular weight greater than 300 Dalton, and the desalinizaton rate for low-valent ions such as Na and KO is about 95%. When the TDS of raw water is less than 300ppm, the conductivity of RO water is usually less than 7us/cm.
Ultrapure cartridge: mixed bed resin;
The principle of ion exchange is that under certain condiction, it relies on the exchange of a certain ion of the ion exchange resin itself with the same electric ions in the water to be treated to achieve the functions of softening, alkali removal and salt removal.
Polishing resin uses H+ and OH- to replce cation ions and anion ions.Then, The H+ and OH- combine to generate H2O. The resisitivity of producation ultrapure water usually can arrive at 18.25MΩ.cm.
Ion exchange is a traditional and mature water treatment technology. Due to the difference in equipment structure and technology, this type of equipment can produce desalinated water, pure water, high-purity water and ultrapure water. It's widely used in various industries such as electronics, machinery, chemical industry, shipbuilding, food, beverage and medicine. According to the user's raw water quality and water standards, various mixed bed resins can be combined in various ways to meet the user's water quality requirements. The control system can be divided into two types: automatic and manual.
