Zurich is supporting world water week

We are happy to support world water week through our flood resilience program. Together with the Global Resilience Partnership (GRP), Zurich is active in Stockholm for annual world water week through its Z Zurich Foundation. My colleague David Nash will be among the presenters of the side event "Building a sustainable, flood resilient future".

The side event will highlight the outcomes of the $10-million-dollar Water Window Challenge funded by the Z Zurich Foundation through the GRP - part of our wider reaching Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance, where we build community flood resilience with numerous partners across different sectors.

The Water Window Challenge was designed to surface new innovative ideas and solutions to help flood prone communities reduce their exposure to flood risks, protect ecosystems and increase their ability to grow successfully in the face of uncertainty.
