Zucchini Pizza
Healthy Zucchini Pizza (Can be made spicy hot!)
* Yum yum yum! Do you want sum? Here is what you will need for this yummy good zuchinni pizza with chipotle spice.
1 Whole wheat pizza crust
3 cups sliced zucchini (thin sliced)
6 eggs whites
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons of chipotle or cajune powder (or chipotle sauce)
3 to 5 tablespoons of Real Bacon Bits
2 teaspoons each of fresh oregano, thyme, basil, and marjoram
1/2 sliced and diced tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 1/8-inch-thick pepperoni slices
2 sliced banana peppers and/or red hot chile or jalapeno peppers
4 to 6 ounces of lean ground beef or ground turkey
4 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese
* Garlic and Onion slices (optional)
* Heat oven to 475. Combine ingredients together and bake the pizza crust with the olive oil first for 3 to 5 minutes then add in the rest of your ingredients with the egg whites first. Feel free to add in tomato sauce or zesty BBQ sauce and then add the rest of your ingredients. Layer on the ingredients as you like with putting the cheese on last. Cook in the oven for about 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is brown and pizza is as you desire. This should make 8 servings depending on the size of your pizza crust. Total prep and cooking time about 35 to 40 minutes.
