ZoomLock lesson at Basildon College..
Just had a fantastic afternoon at PROCAT in Basildon watching a talented bunch of apprentices making full use of the latest technology in pipe jointing. PROCAT were the 1st Air Conditioning & Refrigeration college in the UK to actually purchase the ZoomLock system when they bought tools nearly 12 months ago.
It was great to watch these guys using ZoomLock to pipe up the systems they were working on using 3/8" and 5/8" couplers.
One of the lecturers, Michael Leonard, said ' all Air Conditioning and Refrigeration students who pass through the college are taught how to use ZoomLock'
Another of the lecturers who carries out the on-site assessments with apprentices said that he sees the system being used on most sites that he visits.
