ZK LW430x1850C Decanter Centrifuge Used in DDGS Project
Name of Company: An edible ethanol & DDGS production company in Asia
Project Address: Asia
Model: LW430x1850C
Time: 02/2018
Corn, cassava, rice and wheat starch are the most widely used raw materials in the alcohol industry. More and more alcohol producers are using centrifuges to dewater their lees after fermentation and distillation. It solves the problems of large space, high labor intensity and high maintenance cost of traditional equipment, and at the same time, the high efficiency, stability and environmental protection of centrifugal dewatering provide a guarantee for efficient dewatering, DDGS quality and energy saving of subsequent processes.
When corn and tapioca are used as raw materials, the high sand content in the mash is an important factor affecting the stability and service life of the centrifuge. ZK SEPARATION centrifuge is equipped with high-performance wear protection materials throughout the machine, greatly extending the maintenance cycle and service life of the centrifuge.
Raw Material: Corn
Total Solids Content: ≤11% (including soluble solids content ≤2.5%)
Feeding Temperature: <90℃
Capacity: 12~15m3/h
Solid Phase Water Content: 66~70%
Liquid Phase Solid Rate: ≤1.2% (excluding soluble solids)
The actual measurement of the liquid phase contains 5.6-6.2% solid (including soluble matter), the soluble matter is roughly 2-3.5%, the relationship between current and treatment volume is 1 square / A, the feed volume is about 14-16 square; solid phase water content of 66-67%. The radius of the liquid layer is R127, which is equal to the radius of the slag outlet. The customer is satisfied with the use effect.
