Operation Mode: It can run continuously or intermittently for 24 hours. (The machine should be filled with the right amount of liquid during intermittent operation)

Providing Solutions:

1. All the seals in contact with materials are made of silicone rubber or EPDM rubber, with GMP certificate.
2. TRI PAK MEGALUBE grease for main bearings; Mobil FM222 (food grade) for spiral bearings.
3. Surface treatment requirements:

• The inner wall of the bowl is metallic in color; the surface is free of any oil stains or pen marks.
• Polishing of the outer surface of the motor shield and water blasting treatment of the inner surface.
• The inside and outside of the machine cover are polished and metallic in color.
• The inner cavity of the machine base shall be polished. The Argon arc welding process is used when welding the pasteboard to facilitate subsequent polishing treatment.
• The inside and outside of the slag hopper and liquid hopper shall be polished.
• Spiral whole adopts electrochemical polishing. The blade-pushing surface does not need to be polished manually to prevent it from being too smooth.
• All parts are not allowed to have any iron filings, oil, and other impurities.

Project Results and Customer Feedback:

The water content of tea residue before dewatering is≥ 85%.

The solid content of the dewatered slag is≥ 30%.
