ZIE Graduate Engineering Professionals Career Indaba (GEPCI) 4th Edition

A Heartfelt Thank You to Everyone who attended the 4th Edition of Graduate Engineering Professionals Career Indaba (GEPCI) which was held on the 17th of May 2024 at Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) as a commemoration to the university for opening a Faculty of Engineering which offers Electronic Engineering, Software, Agricultural and Network Engineering and in August this year they will be offering Mining, Milling and Petroleum Engineering. The Graduate Indaba was a resounding success which attracted 450 participants. The event was graced by Engineering Professionals and officials from different engineering-related sectors.

To the GEPCI organizing committee led by the Chairman of GEPCI Eng. Thami Mpala who is also the ZIE Immediate Past President and the BUSE organizing committee, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to every one of you for making the Graduate Indaba a resounding success. Your presence and contributions truly made this event a memorable and inspiring experience for all.

To our honored guests, Mr. Thomas Lusiyano the Managing Director of Bindura Nickel Corporation Limited (BNC), and Prof. Peter Dzvimbo the Chief Executive Officer of Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE) thank you for gracing the event with your wisdom, expertise, and valuable insights. Your presence added immense value to the Graduate Indaba, and we are truly grateful for the knowledge you shared with the students. Your words of wisdom will undoubtedly guide them on their respective paths as they embark upon their professional journeys.

To the students from Chipadze High School, Chipindura High School, Hermann Gmeiner High School, and graduates who attended, you are the reason why the Graduate Indaba exists. Your enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to academic excellence were evident. Your active participation, during the exhibition, asking questions, enriched the atmosphere and created an environment of learning and growth. We commend your thirst for knowledge and congratulate you on your achievements thus far.

To our exceptional presenters, you captivated their minds and hearts with your insightful presentations. Your expertise and commitment to your fields of study were evident in every word you shared. Your engaging delivery and ability to simplify complex concepts left a lasting impact on all attendees, empowering them with new perspectives and ideas.
