Indianapolis, Indiana (August 24, 2021) - Zidan Management Group (ZMG), a rapidly growing multifamily property management company based in Indianapolis, continues to expand its Midwest portfolio by recently acquiring Olde Towne Apartments, a garden-style, 164-bed apartment community located in Middletown, Ohio, centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio.
