A little cheeky here - we've put two reviews from the same person (over 12 months apart) demonstrating the consistency of service (both reviews are at the bottom of the article, in full ??) + there is a perception recruitment agencies struggle to partner with talent teams - the bottom review shows it can be done + done well! So... there we are.

There were so many others we could have included in here but we already snuck in one bonus review from Luke and they needed to stop at some point.

When we started gathering feedback from customers and candidates, I thought people may share a very quick opinion or just give us a score out of 10. But to see reviews come in every single day with customers and candidates providing such joyous and detailed feedback has truly meant the world to us all.

6?? "A fantastic experience from start to finish. Having known Calum and dealt with him previously it was an easy choice to work with him and Zest on this requirement. Loved the process, top-notch communication throughout and a great person joining our team as a result. Can't get better than that."

The interaction with them is a completely different experience and they do things their way. I just wish this way was done by all other recruitment companies, because finding talent wouldn't be as difficult as it is. Unbelievable company and Arran is in a league of his own."

The genuine care for their customers is palpable, they take the time to get to know you as an individual (the hiring manager) on a human level, rather than merely asking what you are looking for candidate-wise, allowing them to read between the lines, beyond the JD to ascertain what a good fit looks like. This is hands down the best experience I've had with a recruitment agency/search firm - I couldn't recommend Calum and the team highly enough."

1?? "Calum is one of, if not, the best recruiters I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and sadly, it's not a profession known for quality!). Calum takes time to understand the roles I'm looking to fill, undertakes thorough research of the market and also ensures candidates are well prepared for interview stages. His communication through out is exceptional and never pushes a candidate to me that isn't right (unlike some other recruiters who try and fit a square peg into a round hole!). He's also not afraid to propose candidates who on paper might not fit the brief, but he can see the potential in candidates and walks me through his thinking on why too and his judgement has always been spot on! He's got a keen eye for finding the right candidates for the role. I cannot recommend Calum and the team at Zest highly enough not just as a hiring manager but also from what I hear of the candidate experience to be also.
