Zero Results = Zero Efforts?
Zero Results = Zero Efforts?
According to a “legend”, “your success can only be measured thru your results!”
No matter what effort you put into your work, if your result is ZERO, then you are not working at all!
Could this be true?
In an HR setting, do you think, this statement reflects the overall performance of an employee?
Say example in recruitment, can you measure the performance of a recruiter based only on the number of persons he recruits?
If a recruiter wasn’t able to recruit a certain position in a given time, despite exhausting all effort, does it mean, that recruiter did not work at all?
Think about it!
