The zero point bordering on crazy and creative genius
A thought-provoking article by engineer Farhad Shahsawari
Creativity and innovation are simple and defined words, but at the same time, they are complex and confusing. Examining and presenting a specific definition for creativity and innovation is very difficult in my opinion and requires examining the issue with many cameras.
In the book Who is normal? Who is not? Mr. David Lieberman wrote the following on page 158 of the Farsi translation of Mrs. Tuba Mardani:
Creative genius or crazy genius?
"Creativity is perhaps one of the most subtle issues surrounding normality. The complex personality systems of many creative people serve as effective reminders of why we should be careful not to judge anyone.
Creative people have contributed a lot to the betterment of humanity and contributed pure genius to the world's reservoir of masterpieces. Vincent Van Koog, Ernest Hemingway, Abraham Kincoln and Winston Churchill are just a few examples of creative geniuses who suffered from severe depression. Despite the disability of mental illness (perhaps because of it), they want to make a difference in the world.
Creative people are often able to make separate and illogical connections between separate ideas, indeed between rules..."
In my opinion, understanding pure creative people as well as congenital creative people is very difficult and complicated, and the possibility of misdiagnosing a genius can be called *a madman*.

Creative people create, and their thinking system needs accurate identification. However, in advanced countries in the world, they have realized this *value* in the field of *human capital* and understand them as *resources* of an organization or company and consider them in their strategic calculations.
*Creative people are a powerful symphony of transformation and creation of technology in every country and organization, which flourish in the path of innovation. Recognizing their personality by human resource managers is very important for organizational and national entrepreneurship to occur*
By studying the techniques of mining, we come to the fact that Altshuler, the Russian author of 40 principles of mining, when he was working in a mine, the engineers there never believed that he had no previous experience in mining when they saw his skills. Another symbol is Edison's combined creativity, which brought about a great transformation by intelligently transforming creativity into innovation in industry.
The author was also encouraged when he made a concave and convex mirror in high school (10th grade) with a combination technique, and he never had a guide to say that the name of his work is *creativity and innovation*. The nature of the process is mixed. Or when he was working in the industry, when the equipment made in Germany failed at a higher temperature, he wrote a letter with the self-confidence and dignity of a honorable university of technology and data mining that: by changing the oil (which was according to the instructions of the manufacturer) The problem will not be solved, but after a year, they agreed to his plan, because changing the oil did not solve the problem, the creative person had the right solution. Or with an initial idea and crazy data mining, he was able to solve a 5-year problem of a large organization, but due to the organization's lack of orientation towards the value of human resources and organizational entrepreneurship, the initial plan was blocked and the author was denied.
Therefore, according to my personal experience and many researches, *creativity* is a border point of zero. Faced with new subjects, creative people experience *laudable madness* which causes good things to happen. Even with self-analysis and recognition of this God-given ability by a creative person, they go to *selected* subjects.
*The title of border zero point* is because creative people create something new and there is nothing at the moment of encounter. If an organization or a country respects and more importantly understands and recognizes these boundaries, it will certainly make incredible progress in the future.
