zero fears for an unrequited system of disorders - the ripple effect that's evolving into an unwanted crisis affecting livelihoods

We're all used to routines. Our routines shaped us to be who we are, but what happens when the routines become a part of us that our lives are being transformed to robotic, mundane lifestyles that affects the eco-system on the whole. That, is what lies in the special education system right now. There's no room of exploration of new discoveries that we've stuck to the routine of doing everyday scheduling for them that there's no human connection in bridging the gaps or closing the stigma.

The problem is that there's an influx of educators that's in the system but there's no system/channel for new educators to be part of the eco-system. Because we've been stuck with the detrimental policies that the government has implemented - that no one fears for their livelihoods. The spectrum of disorders is a cause that's constantly evolving and even though is evolving, we're stuck in a rabbit hole that has shaped us into following the repetition pattern that the government has been echo-ing at us. " CAMPAIGNING FOR A BETTER LIFE, A BETTER FUTURE, STAND IN SOLIDARITY" these slogans have been repeating all the time through government campaigns but still little actions are done.

We are all LOST- the educators in the field, financial agents, female-led organisations who handles the child-minding of special needs. Our fears and insecurities are making us feel that we're not capable enough to handle the patients who are on the spectrum as there's a lack of confidence in the management. When there's a lack of management for this group of people , we start being isolated. This however lead to an unwanted crisis of sorts when it involves other causes - such as low income and finance industry. A fixed mindset in an unrequited system creates chaos - and challenging the system only leads to conflicts / misunderstandings and miscommunications.

As I slowly learn more and more about the area of special needs, it has shown me that it remains an uncertain and volatile cause that requires calculated risk to be able to get through it. Being an all rounder in this field is never enough as you're being a pushover when you can't help your other peers from other industries. Yet we're not being protected for our own identity, instead it continues to arise when the herd mentality in this field remain stagnant of wanting to create solutions for the problems.

We've no map in drawing a better future, the map that we've are our own moral compass - our moral compass that we hope would lead to a better outcome together with theoretical knowledge of the spectrum of disorders. Only a recent survey had showed that there's an increase / spike in autism rate in the United States but we can't fix this situation because there's no blood test being made and researchers depend on it for the condition diagnostic criteria. The DSM criteria only focuses on the research of cognition of an autistic child but beyond that, we can't measure autism. Even though early childhood development can be progressed through visual scheduling, cognitive behavioural therapy I think these are solutions that remains on the surface, any new discoveries but a stagmented/ fragmented system will continue to fix the bare minimum, with a bare minimum effort the entire cause will FAIL.
