HOW TO Join Zeraki Analytics

Parents/guardians can access Zeraki Analytics by downloading the app on the Google Play Store or using our web app: https://analytics.zeraki.app/

1. Under username: input your child’s admission number@school code. For example, (1234@zerakischool).
2. Enter the password set, If forgotten, click on forgot password.
3. Enter the reset code that will be sent to your phone number
4. Reset to a new password of your choice.

Zeraki Analytics also makes it possible for parents to access the results of their high school children in different schools all under one account.

How to Link Phone Numbers in Zeraki Analytics?

Step 1: Open the Zeraki Analytics app and click on “Link Phone”

Step 2: Enter the phone number you want to link existing student accounts

Step 3: Enter the OTP Verification Code that was sent to your phone number

Step 4: Enter the Prefix which is: Student’s admission number?for the accounts you want to link to this phone number

Step 5: Confirm selected accounts and agree to Zeraki Analytics’ Terms of Service to complete the linking process.
