Zendfast are changing to allow customers to update delivery options on the fly and then relayed that information to Zendfast. For example; Early in the morning, an emergency or unexpected situation occurs which causes the customer to not be home at the expected delivery time. Using the delivery app, the consumer can update the terms and ask for the package to be dropped off at a neighbor house, or delivered at a different time or location. www.zendfast.com
