Buzzing beyond honey...

In today's world, we've all come to appreciate the vital role honey bees play in our ecosystem. Beyond their renowned creation of honey, these incredible insects provide so much more. For me, what began as a fascination with these tiny marvels and a deep love for nature, has blossomed into a hobby with numerous benefits. Caring for over 100,000 bees in my three hives and marvelling at their nature, brings hugely positive effects on my own mental wellbeing.?

As a novice beekeeper, I've discovered that my role primarily revolves around regular hive inspections, providing occasional food supplements, and ensuring suitable hive conditions. Beyond that, I can just stand in awe of nature's design and the bees' self-sufficiency.

Creating Mindful Spaces?

In our commitment to fostering an environment that embraces nature's wonders, we've embarked on an initiative to transform an overlooked flower bed within our business park. By planting a variety of insect-loving plants such as lavender, buddleia, oregano, thyme, and fuchsia, we aim to provide a sensory haven for both our buzzing friends and the employees of our park. We envision this vibrant space to be an oasis of captivating sights and delightful aromas, bringing joy to all who encounter it. Our dedicated team at Space has proudly restored an old broken bench, making it better than new, ensuring everyone can benefit from this revitalized space.?
