Zeassetz sold 200 Pre-Leased apartments in TownHouse by BrahmaCorp

On business performance in the Q4 of FY 22-23, Zeassetz has clocked quarterly sales of around Rs 21 crore and expressed confidence in achieving that number next quarter as well. ?

The Townhouse by BramhaCorp project is spread across 1.2 acres comprising residential units,?retail shops & office spaces with all the modern lifestyle amenities. With the sale of 200 residential units, Zeassetz plans to lock the last 16% by May this year and has networked with 1500 unique potential investors and 400+ partners for the project.
