Let's hear from Radhika about Livo, her inspiration to start and how she has leveraged networking when starting her business.

Q1. You’ve got 10 seconds to pitch your idea to an investor. Go!?

Hi Zealous, this is Radhika here - founder of Livo. Livo is a property management SaaS platform that enables individual owners and property managers to manage their rental portfolio seamlessly.?

Q2. If Livo was a superhero, what would be its' special power, and how would it use it to help property owners and tenants?

Livo’s superpower is actually its' ability to transform the entire property management space in the MENA region. We envision a world where rental payments in the property management space are completely checkless. It simplifies the life for tenants tremendously. Also for property managers and owners, it makes collection and reconciliation very easy.?

Q3. What inspired you to start Livo and how did you come up with the idea for the platform?

We started Livo because of our own personal problem. I’ve been an investor in property myself in the region. I faced so many problems from collecting rents, managing tenant queries - and minded, I was managing just one property. So imagine the state of property managers who are managing 10,000, 50,000 units without any technology. That’s when we knew that Livo had to be started.

Q4. How has having a solid network helped you in launching Livo?

I think networking is a very key piece when you’re starting a business. A. In terms of advice. So probably I’d spoken to 50 of my tech friends and entrepreneur friends to get advice on how to start. Then, when it came to execution, I asked for advice on technology, advice on marketing. Everything was from this network.?

Q5. Have you ever used a unique or unconventional approach to networking that paid off?

So this is a funny one, I got introduced to a current client of ours through a security guard in our co-working space.?

Q6. If you could invite any three people to a dinner party to discuss Livo, who would you invite and why?

So 3 people that need to be there to make Livo successful: One is Jeff Bezos, I need his mind. The larger real estate developer and maybe the ruler of Dubai?
