ZDMA - Technical Specification

Zinc dimethacrylate (ZDMA) is an reactive acrylic acid zinc salt. lt is with good dispersion,and good liquidity. lt has excellent acid, alkali, oil, corrosion and high temperatureresistance. lt is a cross-linking agent, and hardening agent for rubbers, golf core, artificialmarble, tape etc. Vulcanized products can obtain salt crosslinking bonds, it improvesproduct hardness, bending performance, tear resistance and elasticity. And strengthenthe compression permanence of rubber compound. lt also improves the rubber adhesionwith metal.

ZDMA is used as co-agent for peroxide cured rubbers such as BR, NBR, SBR, EPDM etc, as well asgolf core, rubber roller industrial rubber products.

3. Package and Storage

The regular packing of this product is paper bag or fiber drum, 20kgs/bag or 20kgs/drum(480kgs/pallet).

Store in a cool and preferably air-conditioned area where the ambient temperature does not exceed about 32oC. Keep containers tightly closed until ready to use so as to avoid loss of activity.
