Zapi S.p.A. qualifies for Patent Box Regime for investment in Research & Development activities in Italy

Zapi S.p.A., part of the ZAPI GROUP, a global leader in electrification, qualifies for the patent box regime from the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance for the years 2016-2020. This tax?bonus?was introduced to improve the development of intellectual property by granting tax benefits to companies carrying out research and development activities.

The aim of the patent box regime is to promote investments in research and development of intangible assets, such as software protected by copyright; patents, business and technical industrial know-how, and other legally protected IP, such as designs and models.
