ZA+D's Diverse Expertise | Worship | New Life Church

ZA+D provided feasibility study services and renderings for a local area Church in 2021. The prompt for the New Life's Church and the New Life Christian School was succinct: provide a viable sanctuary to support a growing congregation and to support a school. The worship space will 1,000 people and 300 students for the school. The additional space would require support spaces, such as offices, an atrium, and conference room, and wellness room.

The space plan balances the need for circulation, interconnectivity, but allows there to be separate zones for different uses. The Cafe has a degree of porosity to the corridor outside of the main sanctuary.

The aerial view provides a glimpse of the various roof massing which tie back to the zones of the building.
