YouTube is also expanding crisis support panels across Europe, connecting users to suicide and self-harm hotlines.
Additionally, YouTube is launching a new supervised experience, allowing parents and teens to link accounts for shared insights on teen activity. This initiative builds on YouTube Kids and supervised experiences for pre-teens, offering tools for responsible digital engagement.
YouTube is also collaborating with the World Health Organization to develop industry-wide resources on teen wellbeing, mental health, and safe content creation, ensuring teens' safety, privacy, and mental health are prioritized.?
