This gives users greater access to their favourite creators while enabling those creators to reward their most loyal fans. YouTube allows creators to edit out content violations
Last week, TikTok finally announced the ‘edit and delete’ option, this week YouTube have followed suit, announcing their update allowing creators to edit out community guidelines violations before the content is taken down or completely removed. If the problematic portions of the video are addressed, the age restriction will be removed or the video will be put back on YouTube. This is great news, as more often than not these flags are simple changes or honest mistakes that the creator is more than happy to address, meaning YouTube can look into serious violations or worrying content in more detail.

It’s campaign time and Kamala’s team knows what they’re doing; they are TikToking. Not only are they posting in a reactive way, but they are producing content faster than any brand could ever fathom, stating that there is less than 30 minutes from content creation to posting. Considering how reactive and trend-led social media is these days, this form of team trust and fast movement is the best way to be, however this is not always achievable in the world of brand social or agency social as we have many checks and barriers before posting.
