Today marks 2021’s International Youth Day, which feels like a fitting time for the Trust to be embarking on our new line of work in Participation.
On an international scale, International Youth Day is a focal point for both innovation and reflection, as young people gather to call on the rest of the world and say: 'ARE YOU LISTENING?'. At the Trust, we use this time as an opportunity for us to think about why youth voice is important to us as an organisation and as individuals.
All of ur work is inspired by, dedicated to and centred around young people. It feels only natural that they should also be at the heart of our decision making. By bringing the views of the people we support into the forefront of our processes, the Together Trust has a unique opportunity to activate a powerful force for change.
