"Be Yourself" Campaign, we've started filming!
Last Friday, at Loughborough University we started filming our Inclusive Employer brand campaign, featuring the amazing story of Paula Vaz-Cudna, who is a facilities manager at the Loughborough University, London site. Based in the Olympic Park in Stratford, Paula has been with Equans UK & Ireland for over 5 years and we support her to juggle the challenges of being a working parent and a wheelchair user.
The objective of the "Be Yourself" inclusive employer brand campaign is to showcase our commitment to enabling a culture that values difference and delivers fairness to all. We are on a journey and are committed to fostering an inclusive and authentic workplace culture. Through compelling storytelling, video content and visual imagery we aim to convey our core values and how we work with our employees to create an inclusive experience of work.
We are on a journey of continuous improvement, we do some things really well and there are areas where improvements can be made, however our key messages through the campaign will focus on;
The video content will feature a series of authentic and relatable scenes capturing moments of real-life experiences within the workplace. These scenes will showcase diverse employees from various departments, levels, and backgrounds, each sharing their stories, challenges, and triumphs. The film will interweave these narratives with visually captivating scenes depicting our workplace environment, culture, and values.
The tone of the film will be genuine, uplifting, and inclusive, reflecting the authenticity and warmth of our organisational culture. Visuals will be dynamic, engaging, and diverse, capturing the vibrancy and energy of our workplace. The style will be contemporary and cinematic, incorporating a mix of live-action footage, interviews, and storytelling elements.
Watch this space as I'll aim to keep you updated as we create the content and showcase our diverse talent and what we do to create the environment, where our people can be themselves at work.
