Every hero's history needs to have a villain
A lot of cultures talk about the existence of duality in the world we live. Sky and earth, day and night, female and male, sun and moon, yin-yang, god and devil. Maybe it is because every good history needs to have a bad guy, so the hero can brighten your power.
Hermes Trismegisto says that “opposites are identical in nature but different in degrees” in the concept of the law of polarity. This means that the bad and the good are sides of the same thing, and you can just switch it for the side that makes you feel better.
I am pretty sure that you already had bad thoughts about yourself at some point. Thinking that you are not good enough or you could never have the salary or the education you really want. Don’t you?
You can see this as a fight between the hero and the villain inside of you. The villain is your ego trying to keep you in traumas and being held into an unreal world by living in the past or at concerns about the unknown future.
The hero is your higher self, is like a premium version of you that is uploaded to the resource, also known as God or Universe. Your hero is wise and helps you to keep connected and following your purpose.
You can find your hero in the happiest moments of your life, when you look at your son’s face or when you concretize a dream, when you are in the middle of nature or just satisfied with meditating or doing something that you really like.
You can choose which of them you want to feed?
You can change your inner conversation, instead of thinking “this is too hard for me”, “i can’t do that” you can choose “this is very easy for me”, “i am capable of doing that”.
The problem is a lot of people are unwarned about how they can switch their thoughts intentionally to stay in high vibration and transform negative into positive feelings.
Actually, most people blame external situations. It is a boss who never recognized our efforts, the bills, the promotion that never came. We are always trying to blame each other for our own thoughts and decisions.
Have you already thinked about your inner conversation about yourself? Is that talk bad or good?
Stop listening to your enemy and change your inner conversation to achieve your goals.
You just need to learn how to find your enemy and call for your hero to beat it.
Identifying the enemy
You know pain is a very good sign that you need to change something in your life, don’t you?
If we’re born without the sense of pain, you would die in a few days or maybe hours. You do not rip your finger off while cooking because it hurts and you’d leave the knife before the cut gets deeper.

This voice that keeps saying “you are not good enough” is just another side of the same frequency, positive and negative. Just push it away and intentionally call the right side, your hero to guide you.
If something is wrong is just a spotlight, a loud siren that indicates where the villain is attacking under your subconscious. So we can call our inner hero and start to beat the bad feelings and thoughts intentionally right in the crime scene.?
As simple as that, just change the conversation. When you catch yourself creating bad scenarios and talking bad about you, just ignore. It is the siren and you just need to bring the light and think positively about the situation or just go to another subject in your mind immediately.
At the first days you will think that is insane and you are being delusional, after a week is natural, in a month the pattern of your inner conversation has already changed, trust me.
But wait, you need strategy
We have more than 70.000 thoughts every single day. As a human we are not capable of processing all this information so our brain creates a subconscious sector to retain some data.
Good feelings and inner talks are crucial to combat the enemy but you have to know where you are going. Unless you will be just levitating between emotions and experiences selected by the others and your reactions through them.
It is important to highlight that the environments, people and habits you’ve done are components of who you are and how people perceive you. That means if you have a bad image of yourself in your mind probably that is what the world is reflecting to you through your relationships, lackings, selfcare, professional area, etc.
If you feel dominated by the enemy, thinking that everything and everyone is going against you, calling your hero will help you to start feeling good and naturally awaken your desire to take actions after your goals and that will change your reality. It is a circle.
This also increases your capability of choosing wisely the experiences that you want to live and make you satisfied. First because you will be more aligned with your hero, the best state of being. Second, because you know what you want and start to put effort into what really matters for your own happiness.?
Choosing to talk good about yourself and be grateful for your experience is a very good start and will help you to beat your enemy. Also will approach the hero of you making it stronger every day.
