You're not stuck. You have unconsciously committed to a pattern of behavior and mindset because it helped you up until this moment.

You know the feeling. Maybe it's the weather. This time of year has always been difficult for me in the midwest because the sun rarely shines, the weather is cold, and I get claustrophobic.

You feel unfulfilled. Your crave for challenge has dwindled. Things are just not where you envisioned them to be. You put in the work, you rolled up your sleeves and yet the goal you were seeking seems more far away than ever.

The only way to describe the feeling is stuck.

Listen up. You are not stuck. You have unconsciously committed to a pattern of behavior and mindset because it helped you up until this moment. That comfort zone you are currently sitting in, the one you think you're stuck in? It's no longer serving you. In fact, it's preventing you to move to where YOU want to go.

The reasons you aren't moving forward is because you keep applying the same formula to your life, regardless of what has changed around you and within you. Even though it might not feel like it, you have entered into a new chapter. This is next level.

So, stop trying to put the same level of effort, energy, process and mindset into what you want and expect grandiose changes to happen. You will find yourself disappointed every single time you come to this crossroads. This will absolutely not be the last time you are stuck.

In fact, maybe as you are reading this you are feeling comfortable. You don't necessarily feel stuck, but you are content. Don't be ok with that either. Be good, maybe even crave feeling uncomfortable. Give being vulnerable a try. Give discomfort it's due.

Success can often be measured by the number of moments where you felt uncomfortable, because it forced you to step out of whats familiar. Let me be clear, growth happens when you feel stuck. When the world around is no longer familiar, you are doing something new, never experienced before, you feel terrified of whats coming next..... transformation happens. Magic happens.

Take this moment, if you're feeling stuck and appreciate what is coming next. This is your opportunity for reinvention. Stop trying to dodge the process. Commit to it. Be appreciative that life has handed you yet another challenge.

Resist comfort. This is your opportunity. Those that identify the feeling of being stuck but in parallel create and act to get out of that space... will rise to the top, faster than anyone.

You're not stuck. You are craving growth. Act on it.
