I'm a master of indecisiveness!

I've honed my skills in the art of indecision over time. The one thing I've found that helps me make decisions is asking a small number of trusted people what they believe to be the best next step. Note I said 'small' and 'trusted'.

When you ask lots of people, a few things happen that can actually make it worse.

1. You spend even longer agonising over the decision as you take time to ask and collate answers from more and more people.

2. Their answers are conflicting and therefore confusing you and making you feel even more unsure as to what to do next.

3. The decision becomes bigger and bigger, with even more pressure on you to decide as times goes on.

Now imagine speaking to a handful of people who know your business, understand your dilemma, and acknowledge and appreciate the impact of the decision for you. How much better does that feel already?

Of course, ultimately, the final decision is yours to make (we all have to take responsibility for this) although making a decision alone and making it from a place of support and valued input are two enormously different places to be! I know where I'd rather be, what about you?

Members bring questions and the group collectively give their perspectives, ideas and suggestions to guide, support and help them.
