You’re Stronger Than You Think (And Here’s Proof)

You’re Stronger Than You Think (And Here’s Proof)

This morning, I got the kind of news that reminds me why I love what I do!

One of my clients just hit a huge milestone—she’s lost her first 10kg! ??

She’s over the moon, feeling fitter, happier, and even fitting into smaller clothes.

But what makes this win so special? She didn’t start out as someone who had all the time in the world for fitness. Quite the opposite, she was caught in that cycle of working every hour under the sun, barely making time for herself. It would have been easy to give up on ever getting in shape again, like so many people do.

But she didn’t. Instead of throwing in the towel, she reached out, and we started off with some light workouts. Step by step, week by week, we built up her training, and yeah, there were a few bumps along the way. But guess what? Those bumps didn’t stop her because success in fitness (and life) is never a straight line. It always comes with ups & downs.

Now, she’s 10kg down, and we’re aiming for another 10kg by the end of November. I couldn’t be prouder to watch her crush It!

Here’s the point: You don’t need to be perfect to start, you don’t need to wait for the stars to align, and you definitely don’t need to have endless free time. What you do need is the willingness to start. The strength to take that first step, even when it feels hard. That’s where real progress is made—when you push yourself, through uncomfortable situations.

The real truth is, you’re stronger than you think. The only question is: are you willing to prove it?

Until tomorrow’s dose,

Gaz O'Hardy
