If you’re still sticking to your fitness goals, I have two questions for you. Be honest

?? Are You a “Desk Dave”? Feeling low on energy, sluggish, not quite like your old self? You’re not alone. This page will give you direction to avoid it.
We’re at that point in the film where it feels like filler before the big finale.
You know the one—when the excitement of starting something new has faded, and it’s all about whether you stick with it or let it slide.
For some, the initial enthusiasm for their gym goals has already worn off. Others are still grinding it out. A few might even make it to the end of the month. Who knows?
But wherever you’re at, here are two questions worth asking yourself:
1. Is this actually what I want to be doing for the rest of the year, or am I falling into the classic all-or-nothing mindset?
If your answer is “yes,” that’s great—but be honest with yourself. Are you saying yes because it genuinely aligns with what you want, or because it feels good in the moment?
2. Did I say I was going to commit to this, but ended up leaving it behind?
If this has happened a few times before, is there a pattern in your thinking or behavior? If so, what’s the real issue that needs addressing?

These are the kinds of tough questions we explore in my 3-5-2 method during our 1-1 calls.
For example, I recently worked with a client who struggled with weekends. He’d find himself giving up completely and eating anything in sight. The thing is, he wasn’t even aware of this pattern—or if he was, he hadn’t truly faced it before.
That’s the power of having a good coach.
A good coach doesn’t just give you a plan or tell you what to do. They shine a light on the things you can’t see, helping you uncover the real reasons behind your patterns and guiding you to your own solutions.
If you’ve made it to the end of this, maybe it’s time t
o ask yourself those same tough questions.
And if you’re ready to stop falling into the same patterns, let’s have a conversation.
Have a great day!
