Sales still gets a bad rep and TBH comments like those still get to me.??
I don’t believe in sugar-coating; I tell it as it is, even if it spells the difference between closing and losing the deal.??
Building trust and having open communication is something I personally hold dear. It’s something I nurture in my personal life, and I believe it’s integral to my professional life, too.?I find it crucial to be transparent and lay everything on the table from the start—from both sides—not only to ensure that there are no hidden agendas but also to avoid potential pitfalls.??
At Wings4U, our job is to celebrate success. We craft customer stories by sharing the experiences of our clients' customers, to demonstrate the value our customers bring. We give voice to heroes that have met specific business challenges, and how they’ve overcome those challenges (with a little help from our friends).??

Most of all, I want them to feel that we’re on their side. We want to help them unstick what is stuck, and get them to a place of success.?And to allow us to walk alongside them, we need their trust.?
How do we build that trust??For me, it?involves being open to criticism and rejection.?The process isn’t quick and easy.?But once we’ve gained our customers’ trust, they become customers for life.?
