This month we’ve been talking all about mental health.
And if you’re a practitioner or leader who supports others in their healing or growth journeys, your mental well-being is critical for your capacity to hold space for your clients or team.
Because…
… before you can deeply relate to others,?you must deeply connect with yourself.
… before you can hold space for others,?you must meet your own edge.
… before you can lead others, you must lead by example.
We can only meet others where we have first met ourselves.?
In our upcoming Group Witnessing Program (GWP) for practitioners and leaders, we dive deep into the art of meeting our own edge and holding space for others to meet theirs by feeling them with our whole bodies.?
Because meeting others where they are means being willing to meet everything that arises within us in the process.
The GWP isn't only about honing your skills as a practitioner to support others – it's also about nurturing your own mental health and well-being and creating a system of long-term ongoing support for yourself.
The 8-week LIVE Group Witnessing Program, starting September 12th, is designed for practitioners and leaders who want to learn how to accompany others through their healing journey or lead their teams from a compassionate place by learning the art of witnessing - the felt experience.
This means: diving deep into how to engage with others in a process of profound healing, nervous system attunement, ‘listening with your body,’ and aligning yourself with the other’s inner process.?
Over the 8 weeks, I personally guide you through:
? My unique somatic healing approach, which often creates powerful shifts for my clients within 3-6 months.
? Techniques and practices for nervous system attunement and aligning with another's inner process.
? A personal growth and deepening process that will then help you?facilitate another’s emotional release.
With time and practice, participants in the Group Witnessing Program expand their ability to hold space of unconditional acceptance for their clients and teams.
We also explore our generational somatic imprint, what was imprinted on us from past generations, and how to work with it, leading to more healing and better performance.?
And we examine how to meet our capacity to hold space for others and set limits when needed.

Because I want you to remember: there are no difficult clients.
There are only aspects of ourselves that we struggle to meet that get triggered by others.
And the way to get past them is to meet ourselves more profoundly and fully in these inner places.?
So, if you’re the kind of leader or practitioner who wants to...
… use your?unique wisdom to deepen your own healing journey…
…?align with others’ inner processes and attune your nervous system to theirs…
… expand your?capacity to hold space for clients, team members, or employees…
… show up fully for others by listening with your whole self and body…
Then the Group Witnessing Program might be for you.
If you are considering joining us, I want to do something special for you for Mental Health Awareness Month.
I’m offering a FREE group session so that YOU can experience first-hand the power of the Group Witnessing Program and the profound community you would be joining.
?If interested, comment below with 1?? what kind of practitioner/leader you are and 2?? what makes you perfect for this program. ?
If you qualify, you’ll get a special invitation to a free group session with me to experience the power of this work and ask all the questions you might have so you can make an aligned decision.
P.S. If you’re a member of our exclusive Somatic Inner Circle community, you won’t want to miss our annual SIWA members-only group witnessing session on Wednesday, May 29th at 12 p.m. EST/ 5 p.m. UK time.
Participants in the Group Witnessing Program learn the skills of witnessing which lies in being deeply felt and received so we can release unprocessed emotions and trauma from the body.
We only run this session 4 times per year, and it’s always an opportunity for graduates of the GWP to practice their skills with our members, and for those ?interested in the program to get a sense of what they will learn how to do and the immediate impact that it has.?
Plus, it is a deeply healing experience–an opportunity to be met, felt and held by a supportive community in a live session.?
