That awful feeling of uncertainty. It's so hard to deal with it, always making me anxious. Feeling nervous and anxious is something we all hate right?
These feelings are so bad, so upsetting. Making us think negatively. The doubtful feeling upon making every decision, every stand we take, it's awful.
But it'll go away.
Because at the end of the day, these are just FEELINGS. scary, but only FEELINGS.
So, calm down. Take some rest, reassure yourself that "it'll be okay".
Honestly?
Nothing is ever okay as long as you overthink it. But you need to stop straining your mind. If you haven't studied, there is a good chance that you might fail the test anyway, what's the use of overthinking and over analysing it? if you don't ask, then it'll always be a no, if you've been through a tragic event, there's little you can do anyway, so stop blaming yourself for every thing that doesn't go as 'planned'. Stop carrying a burden, intangible but so heavy, so large, that it swallows all your self confidence. And most importantly, stop undermining your feelings. Your feelings are real. This Uncertainty isn't 'nothing'. You're not foolish or stupid to be upset over these things. It's just what it is. Some people are more affected by the ups and downs in their lives, and it is OKAY to feel. It's not feeling too much. It's completely valid:)
