You're a leader wherever you are...

Recently I attended a virtual event led by? Gloria Feldt , Founder of Take the Lead Women, and the former CEO of Planned Parenthood. Her special guest was Gloria Steinem, and they spoke about what women's leadership looks like in 2024.

My biggest take-away? The emphasis on leadership at any level and in any job.?Though organizations like Take the Lead are hoping to propel more women to the top, there has definitely been a softening in today's leadership messaging. All agree that any woman who?wants to get to the top should have a supportive path, but today there is more recognition that leadership, ambition—and ultimately success—is a personal choice and a personal mission.
