When I started my career, I was often seen as the timid, introverted, and the quiet one at work because I didn't speak up much.

But one thing was clear: if I focused solely on working hard but not learn how to communicate effectively, I would become utterly invisible.
Because the reality is, it's not just about working hard, its about communicating well too.
For many of us, we know the working side, but we often neglect the "communicating" side.
Communicating well is our ability to articulate our work and ensure we stay on everyone's radar. This is important because when opportunities arise, we are top of mind.
It's about building strategic visibility.
Once I realized this, I made a conscious effort to enhance my communication skills, and let me say, the return on investment has been nothing short of remarkable.
Fast forward to today, I've started a company, Soulcast Media, taught over 2 million people how to communicate with confidence, and have a bestselling communication book, "Smart, Not Loud."
With the right tools, you can become a more confident and articulate speaker, too.
