One of the greatest joys in life is getting to spend time with someone you love but don't see often. For me, this person was my brother. We hadn't seen each other for about 2 years, he lives in the USA and I'm in AUS. Making a last minute decision to attend a conference in Hawaii, I jokingly asked him to join me there and, sure enough, he made it happen!
Not only did we meet half way AND have the best time, but it was JUNE! The half way point of the year. For us Aussies, winter solstice is just around the corner (or Summer, depending on which side of the ?? you are). So it got me thinking.. Are you hibernating or are you where you want and need to be at this point in time? After all, June is the month for assessment and refinement. You might like to ask yourself these questions:
1?? Have I accomplished half the goals I wish to complete in 2018?
2?? How can I re-approach how I am going about the goals I haven’t yet achieved to produce the best results?
3?? What resources do I need to be whole and succeed in being the most fulfilled version of myself by the end of 2018?
4?? What practices or healthy habits can I incorporate now (or continue doing) to optimise the successful accomplishments of my dreams?
These questions should bring clarity and refocus.
And remember, you need not worry if you’re feeling small, as it’s good for the spirit (and your ego). When you humble yourself to the scale of the world, you can realise just how significant you are to it. I hope your half way point has brought you joy and reward.
