“You’re fat because you just don’t exercise enough” Really ???

I’m sure you have heard the theory “You’re fat because you just don’t exercise enough.” Well, there is a certain body type and if you do a high core exercise, you not only will prevent fat burning, your body might even get bigger. There are countless people i have seen, who work their bodies endlessly in the gyms, but obtain a very little change. Exercise only works if your body is healthy and all the glands are responding fine. If you are regular on exercise and finding no gain in health, you may be living with an unhealthy body.Such types of people need very light, slow exercise.

On the other hand, there are few type of bodies where the fat-burning hormones need to be stimulated intensely for weight loss to occur. If the exercise is too light or too slow, you get no effects. Exercising for your specific type of body can be a big advantage in maximizing weight loss.

Many people have the idea that their fat is excess calories and all they need to do is to burn these off through exercising. However, the no. of calories burnt during the exercise is much less when compared to fat burning after 24-48 hours of exercise but only if specific conditions are met in regard to sleep and stress levels.

This is why proper rest is equally important to the body, as the body restores itself during this period.

All exercise and no rest will leave you completely exhausted.

Focus on identifying the type of body you have and align your food and exercise program accordingly.
