“You're not alone.” Every single person has been stressed at some point in their life. ...Tips to overcome work Stress

Work always comes with stress-But the question is how to avoid stress at work and why you seems to be a bit frustrated?

What is it about the job that is making you feel that way?The work? Co-workers? Hours?

Quick solution of your stress release

Ans:-Dont go to work??????.But this is not the way...........that was a joke...........

Just calm yourself, have some water first then take a deep breather…………Now, You need a break

Why don’t you go out for vacation and do the things that makes you happy.

There are other aspects of life that need your attention. Maybe it's time to rethink your situation as well. If you're not happy with your job, get out and find something you like doing.I was in a similar position not too long ago, I’m sure all of us have been in this same position at some point. If you’re seriously considering the option of leaving your job, I’d suggest searching for a new company, hang out with your friends and family, enjoy this life instead of freaking out with your work.

We have one life and we only live once then why are you wasting your precious life by getting frustrated at work. Work is not your life it’s a part of your life or you can say it’s a way of your survival but there are other things to be enjoy and Before thinking of how to overcome stress/frustration, first think of how to?decrease the following areas of common work stress:

???????long commute

???????fear of being fired

???????new management

???????high criticism from supervisors

???????unrealistic demands

???????frequent deadlines

???????unclear job responsbiilities

???????conflict and so on..........................

?and once you are done with tracking your stressors now its time to look into the following points

Develop healthy responses.

Establish boundaries.

Take time to recharge.?????

Learn how to relax.

Talk to your supervisor.

Reappraising negative thoughts.

Talking and sharing things with your loved ones

Entertainment

Avoid negative talks with colleague

Choose the job you love

Reasons are so many but you need to identify the cause of your stress then eliminate it.

Live a life which is full of love and satisfaction-"Focus on the journey, not the destination." Your job is not the only thing in your life.
