Your Work Changes Lives

Your Work Changes Lives

I’m living proof of the power you have

Have you ever wondered about the power of your own story?

Yesterday, someone asked me, "How are you able to stand on stage and share your journey? It must be so hard to relive it."

Well, I only share what I’ve already processed so I’m speaking from a position of healed scars - not open wounds.

I share the difference teachers made to a brown street kid who was in and out of foster care and had no mast to cling to, because what they did allowed me to change my own story.

They were human first and professional second.

They saw behind the front that I wore, in an attempt to protect myself.

They exhibited with-ness - which in turn built trust, hope, and stability in a life lacking all three.

That’s an important message for those who lead. I’ve done over 3000 keynotes now and after every single one people share an insight into their own journey with me.

But most importantly, I share because I know there are people right now going through similar struggles.

That's why I continue to share my story and encourage others via:

???My free-to-watch (grab a tissue first!) viral TEDx Talk, "The Power Of Everyday Heroes" https://bit.ly/JazTED

???My offer to record free thank you video for educators Nominate here: https://jazampawfarr.com/video-request

???And in my live virtual keynote which you have a special invitation to! https://jazampawfarr.com/live-jaz

For educators, it’s a reminder of your power as an everyday hero. It's a celebration of the stories you're creating every day, often without even realising it.

For you, it’s the inspiration and motivation you have been waiting for to be 10% braver and take your next step to a new story.

Thank you,

Jaz

What a beautiful and strong message of inspiration that I really needed to hear today, Jaz. Thank you for all that you do to encourage us all to recognise and activate the power of our own story.
