There's a film from 2006 entitled, Stranger Than Fiction, starring Will Ferrell and Emma Thompson.? In the movie Ferrel plays Harold Flick, who discovers he's a character in a novel written by a famous author played by Thompson.? Everything Flick does is being controlled by the writings of the author.
In essence, the author's fictional words created the reality for the real-life protagonist.
Many similarities are found in real life.
If you want to know where you're going in the future, listen to your words in the present.
Whether you realize it or not, words have creative power, and they are highly indicative of what's happening 'beneath the surface', revealing volumes about the belief system (or B.S.), of the utterer.
Perhaps you know someone who is constantly negative.? Almost everything they talk about is how life is unfair, someone else took their opportunity, how nothing ever goes according to their plan, they feel constantly betrayed, etc.
Then there are others who go through life wondering if their repetitive existence is all they have to look forward to...they don't understand how to 'get a leg up' or get out of the rut in which they find themselves.
Even fewer are those rare individuals who seem to create their good fortune and live lives aligned with their values.? They are perpetually happy and content.? They may, or may not, be wealthy.? Money is a small factor in their overall sense of peace and satisfaction.?
What is the primary cause of how disparate people's lives seem to be?? Why do some people seem to thrive while so many others struggle?
I'd argue there are a couple of key influences happening.
First, understand that words create.? Everything is a thought before it becomes a thing.
Think about how often you hear- or perhaps you say yourself- "I'm such an idiot!"? "I'm so stupid!" "I'm not good enough", or "I can't do this".? Those phrases are coming from a belief system, likely subconscious, that has tremendous creative power.
Our subconscious mind accepts any thoughts / words chosen by our conscious minds as fact, and then begins to work 24 / 7 to create those ideas into reality.
It's no coincidence that bad data in equals bad data out.
It's also no coincidence that people who seem to live happy and abundant lives, continually evolving and growing, have a belief system that serves them, and others.? What they choose to accept as truths for their lives- their data input- is the powerful creator of their reality.
Does this mean there are never any trials, turmoil, tribulations?
Of course not.? But these trials happen far less frequently, and when they do happen, this group of people is far more equipped to handle the disappointment, frustration, pain, etc., and rarely fall into despair.? They know they have creative power to shape their futures, but also to influence how they respond to any circumstance, situation, or person.

So if you, in your present circumstance, find yourself unhappy with the outcome, stop and analyze your words.? They originate from a belief system that is the root cause of your results, as I spoke about in a recent newsletter.
How to change this habitual, perpetual negative life loop?
Start by being aware of, and highly truthful with yourself, as to what you truly believe.
Ask others who you trust to be your mirror- to reflect back what they see and hear from you.? Those reflections are honest indications of your B.S.- your belief system that is either serving you or sabotaging you.
Once you're aware, only then can you begin to change, choosing to rewire the life loop in a way that begins to powerfully serve you.
And that's the good news...you get to choose.? It's your SuperPower.
All my best,
