At the Time the Team was Getting Its Ass Kicked too I Might Add! Did Your Last Message to Your Team Rise to that Level? It Should have Strived too.

We are all Leaders. Of Our Homes. Our Churches. Even Our Coworkers. The World is Negative Enough. Try to Encourage People. Give a Positive Message of Being a Team. At no Point in History has it been more Important. Speak to Your Team the way You would want the Your Childs Coach to talk to Your Child. Nothing Bad will Come of it.
