It's all too easy in business to make promises to people and verbally agree to things...
"I'll call you tomorrow"
"Sure. I'll send that on email"
"Let me check if we can do that"
It's easy to promise these things, but you MUST make sure you deliver on them.
And it doesn't even really matter how big the thing you promise is - in fact it's often the small things that make the difference.
Relationships, trust and reputation are everything.
